The set screw is not tightened without a lot of torque

Can't beat the price. I bought this for my Blue Ridge rotary tool (cheap imitation Dremel) and it seems to work well enough for my limited needs.

Pros

Switch on the grinder, continue turning in the holder, the grinder can punch precisely. Easily attaches to a rotary tool
