AGM was quick to respond to my question about this phone, just as it arrived at my house. My first few shopping experiences are HUGE and so far they haven't disappointed. The title of the review is correct as I am currently on a week long trip without the above product. I would email AGM about this but they don't. I don't have an email address on the list and I despise my current phone when it comes to tech calls. Rest assured that this guest will leave their customer review in a similar manner to how my question was answered and as soon as I get home.
