I have to say I am impressed with the quality of this oil filter wrench! It's made of heavy metal and doesn't feel fragile like some of the other oil filter wrenches I've used. The hands fit snugly on the sides of the filter and on my filter they grip the filter grooves for a secure grip. When loosening the filter, the levers are snug against the sides. The metal parts are well covered with quality paint that doesn't seem to scratch very easily. The magnets on the top, along with the rubber finish on the inside, are nice to the touch and help keep the filter in place. The magnets prevent the filter from easily falling off the tool when you remove it from the engine. (I hate when that happens!) All in all I'd say a well designed little tool.
