Bad design. Height adjustment does not work.

Height adjustment screws do not work. Previous models of this product had springs to raise the sill. This block only has washers that go around the bolts. However, the washers don't fit properly, so turning the screws does nothing but loosen the screws. Undoubtedly, even if the pucks had landed correctly, the pressure of the foot would have easily released the puck and the threshold would have returned to its original position. As a professional builder, I can assure you that this product will not work properly.
