Review on πŸ’‘ Plasma Ball Lamp - Theefun Heart Shaped Touch Sensitive Electric Nebula Sphere Plasma Globe for Home, Kids, Adults - Ideal Christmas Decoration by Ryan Dillon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The second time is nice. Bad first product but good customer service and great second product.

OPTIONAL UPDATE: TheeFun has gone way beyond the ordinary when it comes to customer service. They contacted me to confirm I had received a refund and also offered a replacement product which works great as you can see from the video. Even if this product starts to fade (see my original post below), I can still enjoy it for a set period of time at no cost to myself. I'm adding an extra star based on 1) product performance as of this writing and 2) based on TheeFun's amazing customer service. UPDATE: After reading my review, the manufacturer TheeFun immediately contacted me and offered what appeared to be a sincere apology, a refund and asked if I would like to give their products a second chance. This is RELIABLE customer service so I'm adding a star and will use the refund to buy another globe and try it out. ORIGINAL POST: As my title suggests, the rays of light within the globe slowly began to dim to the point where they were not visible at all in moderate lighting. Once so struck, the rays were uninspiring even in total darkness. They also began walking together, emitting a more eerie green glow than what originally appeared as individual plasma fingers dancing on a glass sphere. My final gripe, as I've noted, is that the plasma sphere needs to be very close to the music source and have a protruding base to be appreciably affected by the rays of the light patterns. I've waited too long for a refund so I just got a replacement and hope this one lasts longer.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Good but not great
