This is a great compact massager for my wife's chronic back problems, it brings her good relief, it's compact and light enough for long-term personal use or even for me to help her. It has four speed levels and mostly we use settings 1.-2 as this offers the deepest massage. The faster you get, the more superficial the massage effect will be. At lower settings, the massage arm's travel is long enough to provide a very deep, relaxing massage without too much immersion. - While other massage guns may have higher speed settings, I honestly think you really don't need more than 4 as the slowest is slow enough and the fastest is fast enough for almost all your needs. It comes with 4 different massage attachments and we found the foam ball and neck attachment to be the most usable USB-C charging port which is a big plus meaning we don't add an extra cable/charger around our house need and just use our existing phone charger to charge it. The battery lasts for several days without being recharged. Comes in a nice cloth bag for easy travel. Despite its compact size, it comes with a large foam ball. this is very close to the size of full-size massagers, which I don't like - It's a bit noisier than other compact massagers we've tried in the same size category - Doesn't come with extra rubber rings for attachments, which tend to wear out . Time- I'm deducting a star for these reasons. FINAL THOUGHTS. Overall, my wife really likes this massage gun for back pain as it offers deep relief and I appreciate it a lot as well as how easily it makes my task of relieving her pain easier. It also has a compact shape, which means that we can take it with us wherever we go when we travel.
