Update: 1 to 3 stars because the company fixed the problem very quickly. The seller sent me a new set of cartridges to replace the broken ones. I was not able to replace the cartridges currently installed to see if the new cartridges would work better. I will say that the seller was very helpful in replacing faulty cartridges but was very insistent that I update this review. I will update the review when the new ink works better. Correction - I replaced the ink cartridge and found there was ink in the cartridge, but the printer reads the cartridge as empty. So, empty or not, I have to replace the new cartridge with another one. I only printed 4 test print pages before it went blank. There are also 2 other cartridges that were also empty and have also just been replaced. I ran out of ink before I could clean the printheads from the beginning of using the cartridge. Never buy again.
