There was a problem with the yellow cartridge which was not recognized by the printer. It has been a few months since the original purchase (needed a black one at the time). I contacted the SmartJet dealer and after troubleshooting, agreed that the cartridge was faulty. They sent us a brand new replacement set, not just the yellow one. Excellent customer service after the first purchase.

I have a printer and I needed to replace the ink in the printer. The ink we needed was very expensive, so I started buying stamps. It took several print pages before the colors actually showed what I expected. They fit my printer perfectly and were easy to install. They work exactly as expected. We will order them again when we need ink to refill the printer.

Update: 1 to 3 stars because the company fixed the problem very quickly. The seller sent me a new set of cartridges to replace the broken ones. I was not able to replace the cartridges currently installed to see if the new cartridges would work better. I will say that the seller was very helpful in replacing faulty cartridges but was very insistent that I update this review. I will update the review when the new ink works better. Surprisingly very satisfied. I have a Brother MFC-J6930. I started with Brother ink until I found Mira. The printer recognized the cartridge without any problems and the print quality is in no way inferior to Brother ink. Really good. More than 100 pages with new inks without printing problems. The only difference is that my printer does not read the ink level. No problem. No deal breaker. First class customer service. They are working on a solution. ordered them sometime last october and finally found time to use them and none of them worked, sent feedback to the seller and waited for an answer if they send me a new kit or refund. On the plus side, if they work for you they seem pretty decent and fit about the same as the original brethren

DON'T DO THIS! I didn't know the ink cartridges weren't Brother; I thought MIROO was just a seller. As soon as it came out of the plastic wrap, the yellow paint spread onto my hands. It didn't even hit the printer. Now I can't wash the yellow paint off my hands. Wouldn't you like to wait for it!?

These prints are great. The only thing that could be better is that the printer can read ink levels. I go through the colored carts much faster than the black carts, so I have a bunch of black ones. I really don't want to buy 2 blacks with a suit round. It would be much better to only be able to buy colored ones.

Compared to Brother cartridges, the cartridges are a bit tight in the printer. But I see no difference in print quality and the printer monitors the ink levels. So far, so good! UPDATE August 2020 My new Brother 6930 does not recognize these cartridges. Worked in an old Brother 5330. Disappointed!
