connected today. It was easy to install and pair with my iPhone. Works well and sound quality is good so far. However, when I registered the product online, all I saw was a link to their F3 model. It turns out the F3 gives you more features for the same price as the T1. Not a cool ROAV. Most reputable companies will give you a link to Revain about their updated models so the customer can be better informed. Unfortunately, this will make me think twice about buying a ROAV in the future. Sometimes it's not just about the product, but the customer experience as a whole. I tried to contact their support team but all they said was sorry. I assume this is a case of "caution" when it comes to ROAV. This turns a 5-star rating into a 3-star rating. UPDATE: 12/19/2019 So Roav emailed me to inquire about my less than great customer experience. Then they surprised me by offering to send me an F3 model for free. I have to take back what I said about your customer experience. I told everyone I know about this pleasant experience and how they complied with the request. The T1 continues to work well but I'm looking forward to getting the F3 and comparing them. Wait for verification. Thanks Roav, well done!
