I bought this after owning a Molekule air purifier and two Levoit Core 400s air purifiers. I still have Levoit air purifiers that work, but I added Sans to the mix after seeing it advertised on IG. I'm totally impressed so far. The product looks well made and not flimsy. The filter is durable and snaps into place to ensure a secure fit. The touchpad is responsive and easy to use. The particle sensor is the best I've seen so far; It's much more delicate than my Levoit cleaners. I also like the fact that there is a UV light inside the device which enhances the cleaning process. The device isn't too big either, so it fits well in any room; very unremarkable. Another thing that blows your mind is the fact that in automatic mode the fan is so quiet you can't even hear it running! filter back to block. The round filter has a solid part at one end and an open part at the other end of the filter. I was so excited to try this purifier that I forgot the correct filter orientation when I first took it off to unfold. I went to the Sans website, clicked the chat now button and typed in my question. After 2 minutes my phone rang and it was someone from Sans. The gentleman was happy to answer my question and it turned out I had put the filter back in correctly - hard part down in the block. This is customer service now!
