Review on 🐺 Joy Sunday Cross-Stitch Kit: DIY Hand Embroidery with Two Wolves Pattern - High-quality DMC Fabric Included by Kristen Reid

I really liked it. The actual sewing days added up to about 2.5 months. After I was done I had a lot of thread left (see photo). Only one color is almost out (mine is 07) but in case you run out of floss the kit includes information for the appropriate DMC (the filaments themselves in the kit are not DMC which is expected for most kits). I had some trouble figuring out which thread was used for some of the back seams as the two on the chart were very similar in color. However, the strands were also very similar and equal in number, so this wasn't a huge problem. If you're having trouble finding the center, it's in her knee closest to the viewer. This is where the two red lines meet on side 2. After that I've started using several other sets and they almost always show you where the middle is, often with arrows. When using the loop method, when choosing a color, take out one strand, fold it in half, and then cut along the fold. This allows you to work with a more comfortable thread length and better avoid knots. And another tip: I would recommend sewing in parts and not waiting until the end. It's never been my favorite thing to do, but I really like the detail it brings to an image. Everything would be different without him. I am very happy with the result and look forward to launching another Joy Sunday Kit next year!
