, I received this package two days ago, I opened it this morning to use it. I followed an easy to understand guide. First, I cleaned some jewelry for three minutes as directed in the instructions. It worked great, I couldn't believe how my engagement and wedding ring sparkled in my earrings. I then cleaned some makeup brushes for three minutes, that's how long the device cleans. then after about 20 minutes i tried to clean more jewelry and it stopped working. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, opened the top, closed it and tried to get it to work, then unplugged the power cord and plugged it back in. I took turns trying to get it to work for 15-20 minutes and since then it hasn't worked. Unfortunately, I have already sent the box and packaging to the landfill with my husband. I will try to use it again but I am incredibly disappointed and regret the purchase.
