I am very careful with my clothes and accessories and with almost everything I have including tools and believe me I do a lot of construction work. I've had many wallets, phone cases and shoulder bags and still have almost all of them and figured this would last a while as I didn't intentionally overload them which I don't like the look of an overloaded bag. It came loose from the belt connection loop after about 2 months. The material the belt is made of is very cheap and feels like felt or cardboard. I very rarely return or complain about this as I have a business that takes up all of my extra time and I would rather spend my time making money than replacing or refunding. I hope the manufacturer sees this and does something about it, at least for their future products. Looks great and very functional if it lasts at least 2-3 years instead of 2-3 months!
