Review on MagnaFlow 408034 Universal Catalytic Converter by John Naidu

. I will do my best to be brief but descriptive. It all started when I took my 1998 Honda Vtech Prelude to the shop for a power outage. There were so many factors that could have caused this, but they weren't immediately obvious. So I ended up doing my own research. I've read several Honda forums, googled the symptoms and found many answers. I always try to look for a cheaper solution to a problem and when it's more than that I've had to decide if I want to put that much money into this car and buy a new one. One thing I had for myself was the engine code, which I researched on my own at an auto parts store and recreated the printout when I had the chance. Stray is trying to do everything in my power to help with this process. I bought an EGR valve to help the engine breathe as the symptoms are like a person gasping for air. It didn't help. Then my mechanic did more checks and found that the converter was clogged, but he didn't know why. I bought the same one almost a year ago to date. This initially made me hesitant to buy another car from this seller. However, I had no choice if I wanted my car to be running properly in a few months and the smog to be over. So I bought for about $500. Continuing my research, I found another converter from the same manufacturer for $250 less. At first I was very upset with the adult, but the seller returned the first amount without any problems, for which I immediately bought the second. Excellent customer service! Also, the first one that was supposed to arrive a week later arrived the next day! It was a big surprise! So much so that I missed the delivery and had to wait the next day. So get ready for anything! The second converter came a week later and I finally installed the 12th yesterday. I also did some research that spark plugs might need to be replaced when they wear out and they were. Now I have a car. It's amazing what a converter can do for a car! I know other things have been replaced as well, but I didn't feel any performance or difference until I replaced the converter. The car has incredible power and performs better than new! I am not joking! I can't say enough about it! These guys are real! I'll keep you updated and if there are any problems in the future I'll correct my post.
