Good balm with the right application
I've been using All-Weather for a few years now and this is my favorite daytime lip balm with SPF when I'm at home. It has two main downsides: SPF is only 15 (30 or even 50 is better) and a serious white tint. I'm fairly fair but with decent color on my natural lips; it washes them off like a matte, almost lavender lipstick and makes me look sick. However, it kicks on gently and lasts through coffee, and because you can SEE it so well, it's easy to tell when you need to apply more.
