We bought this as a replacement toner kit for our new printer. When it came time to replace the toner(s) in the printer, there was no option to return the purchase (no motivation to prepare ahead of time, right?), and we found the product to be nothing but junk. Magenta, yellow, and black appeared fine, but the blue toner spilled all over the inside of the printer. We removed the blue powder (thought we might have installed it wrong) but after a few pages it started leaking again. All printed documents have blue streaks and after about a dozen failed print jobs we replaced the toners from this seller. Even though only one of the four toners was bad, this caused unnecessary delays and extra work. to clean up the mess. While sometimes the cheapest option is fine, in this case we could buy something five times the price and get more.
