Overall we were happy with this skirt and found it as described and as advertised. The material scratched the skin a little, but not critically. We also chose this with the expectation of waist stretch as described. Although it does stretch, it stretches so reluctantly that our wearer (usually a size 16-18) found the skirt to be very tight (although her waist does fit the size). While it fit, it wasn't as comfortable as I would like. However, the skirt looks nice and has a fun style.
