Worth every penny! I'm a hairstylist and I'm very picky about my hair. I HATE split ends but I love styling my hair and Octocurl has allowed me not only to eat my cake, but to eat it! I have thin, medium-thick hair with a natural light wave. In the past I have struggled with not having hot curlers because my hair creases so easily and mistakes in the curling process result in large creases at the roots or ends and not worn. With Octocurl, it's much easier to get crease-free curls that actually look like curling irons and not 1950's curls. I use my method a little differently than what the instructions say. Rather than bandaging and wrapping all my hair, I cut out a small area on my part where my parting is and leave it on top of the bandage as usual with the rest underneath. I just wrap it as usual, I have a photo of how my method looks wrapped. As a result, my top coat is wrinkle free and looks flawless like a curling iron! My hair doesn't curl well with a curling iron and I usually have to touch it up daily which causes split ends and makes it difficult to grow long hair. However, when I let my hair dry completely in Octocurl, my curls last for days. I wash my hair every 2-3 days and on the 3rd day my curls turn into a soft wave which is also very pretty. Love it! BUY IT!
