Size chart is correct and fits my daughter's foot perfectly. I bought a little girls size 10.5-4 for my 4 year old daughter who wears a size 12 in toddler shoes and they go about an inch above her ankle. She never liked socks but thought of giving her a fun print color like this one and now she loves wearing her socks. thick, not thin, they are just right. You have 2 pairs of solid black and the rest are black with a color print on the bottom. A bit slippery on hardwood floors if your kid likes to run around just FYI. Otherwise I would definitely buy it again.
