Review on Saucony Hurricane ISO 5 Women's Running Shoe by Robert Castro

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Running like on clouds

I overpronate, so I've used the Stability for many years. I've used New Balance 860 and Asics Gel-Kayano before (both very good) but wanted to try something different and so far I'm so glad I did. As soon as they were out of the box, I walked in and felt comfortable. I'm 3 months old and I still feel like I'm walking on clouds. No issues with knee or hip pain and they are not as stiff as my previous shoes. I think the Saucony Hurricane ISO will be my new running shoe going forward. The only issue I had was the laces seem to have come loose or not hold their taut while I'm lacing or running. I've found a way to reduce this by lacing tight and holding each lace tightly through each eyelet while tightening the others, then when I get to tying make sure the laces don't slip and tie quickly. If they could improve the lace retention ability it would be a 5.
