The ability to see what's happening at any time across multiple processes/applications within an organization makes it easy to identify bottlenecks or issues when they occur (or before). It would be great if we could do more analysis of historical performance metrics - i.e., average throughputs over last 12 months etc.- but this isn't possible with current version yet. We're using qprPA primarily for root cause analyses after incidents have occurred; however, I can imagine how useful its capabilities might also help prevent problems from occurring! Being able to easily visualize flow patterns helps us understand where our business needs improvement most urgently so hopefully will reduce risk associated with future failures / outages. Also being aware of which areas require attention allows us focus efforts accordingly without wasting resources unnecessarily! Our primary use case involves monitoring application availability & reliability during peak periods. By doing some simple calculations about expected workload vs capacity utilization levels.
