QuickPA - Great tool and great team!

The ability to see what's happening at any time across multiple processes/applications within an organization makes it easy to identify bottlenecks or issues when they occur (or before). It would be great if we could do more analysis of historical performance metrics - i.e., average throughputs over last 12 months etc.- but this isn't possible with current version yet. We're using qprPA primarily for root cause analyses after incidents have occurred; however, I can imagine how useful its…

Great solution that's already saving us time and money

I love how easy it was to set up our first environment with qpr PA! The support team at PTC has been amazing - they have always responded quickly when we need help or clarification of features/settings etc., so far this product seems really well thought out & user friendly (aside from some initial confusion about which version you should download). We needed an intuitive toolset where people could easily identify areas within their own processes were there opportunities for improvement without…

  • Can add custom fields that are not partof standard PM system data sets like email alerts sent upon certain events occurring..and more.very flexible!!!!! It's super simple too use once setup properly ! And is great fun working wth others who can share ideas across systems :)
