Review on QPR ProcessAnalyzer by Hugo Caywood

I love how easy it was to set up our first environment with qpr PA! The support team at PTC has been amazing - they have always responded quickly when we need help or clarification of features/settings etc., so far this product seems really well thought out & user friendly (aside from some initial confusion about which version you should download). We needed an intuitive toolset where people could easily identify areas within their own processes were there opportunities for improvement without needing any training / prior knowledge around using toolsets similar to ours.
