My car's catalytic converter was stolen overnight and unfortunately there are no real car alarms that will go off if someone tries to get under your car and start turning off the catalytic converter. So I have two double-sided velcro straps and I just put this sensor under my car when I park at night. So if someone comes under my car, the motion sensor will trigger an alarm and warn me about it. The sensor works well and the loudest setting on the receiver is VERY loud - you can hear it from anywhere in your house. This is a good security measure for the increasingly common problem of catalytic converters being stolen by thieves.
