I would only say that this product is easy to use and that it offers all the features one might want like automation, templates etc. The fact that it is available in multiple languages is also a big plus. As of now, everything seems to work as intended by me. I have received some help with customization options during the trial but the support was not very active or quick. Otherwise, there were no major issues encountered so far. It is a great solution for those who want to automate their processes without having to learn a coding language. Automation is what this software offers. We are able to create different campaigns and track them from inside our inboxes. I really like the ease of use and the fact that it is so simple to use. I also love that you can customize the template to your liking and the fact that it is customizable to your liking. I dislike that it's not as user friendly as I would like it to be. I wish there was a more user friendly layout and the fact that it is not very customizable. I am solving the problem of managing my email marketing campaigns. It has really helped me do that.
