Great for email delivery and tracking

The best part of this app has been that it’s very user friendly! I have no complaints about how simple or intuitive everything was when setting up my account as well as sending emails from within their platform (which helped me get started!). It's also great for tracking analytics which gives you insights into who opened what in real time - so helpful with campaigns. There are some minor UX issues here but nothing major at all. If simplicity matters then use them because they do deliver quality

  • Very easy set up process even though complicated steps involved.
  • Supportive staff ready help whenever needed :)
Cons
  • Some UI glitches while trying new templates.
  • A few bugs occur randomly suchas error messages appear upon saving template email

Easy & efficient tool - highly recommended

I would only say that this product is easy to use and that it offers all the features one might want like automation, templates etc. The fact that it is available in multiple languages is also a big plus. As of now, everything seems to work as intended by me. I have received some help with customization options during the trial but the support was not very active or quick.
