I bought two mats 3x4 black and 3x5 blue. They lie flat almost instantly and have excellent water and other cleaning properties. They stick to a hard floor as long as the surface is clean first. If there is dirt or dust on the floor before the carpet is installed, it can be slippery, mostly with common sense.
