The product description says this is a replacement for the Kenmore 42 filter 34377. The flow restriction caps used on the 34377 filter are not included. I believe this is a replacement for Filter 42 34370. I also use Filter 42 34370 on my system. The design of this filter is exactly the same as 42 34370.**** If you need a 0.05 micron filter like Kenmore 42 34377, do not buy this product.****
