Great for standard diameter pens (smaller)

I like to keep one of these tubular pen extenders on each wooden pen in my drawing sets. When the pen is not in use, the pointed end can be protected in the extension tube. This reduces breakage and saves money and time. Initially, the threads on it were rough and difficult, but after a couple of uses they smoothed out. They are inexpensive enough to be worn every day and used in the field and they work well. Even reversible pen extensions will not fit some pens. You scratch and scratch some pens that should fit, and not hold others tight enough to use the pen. However, this is a great set for smaller diameter standard pens.
