We bought these for my wife's brother who is 50 but is mentally challenged and normally has a man's small chest but his arms and Legs are shorter than usual for this size. These pajamas fit very well but are slightly longer in the arms and legs. It's difficult to find identical flannel tops and bottoms in stores these days. It was exactly what we were looking for and we can buy a second pair!
