These devices are considered Arduino Micro clones. However, unlike other micros, they can't handle 12 volt input power and will be destroyed if they try. It would be nice if HiLetgo documented this EVERYWHERE, be it on the Revain product page or on the product packaging itself. Anyway, one of me is dead now and I need to find a use for the other two as my plans change spinning a 12V power supply. Revolution. They also promised to update the item description to make the 9V upper limit clear. I can now confirm that the rest of the devices work as expected as long as they are powered with good, manual 5V. I've updated my review accordingly and will continue to update when they're done.
