Definitely a budget flashlight. I have other inexpensive flashlights that give much better light. It looks pretty decent in the picture, but that's because I'm adjusting the brightness settings on my camera. Personally, the green light overpowers other colors so I don't get the bright bright green that my other lights give me. It just looks blurry. In addition, there are only 2 settings, on and off. No brightness settings, no color settings, just bare bones. Again which I understand is that this is a budget light but I have other lights in a similar price range that offer much better color and brightness options. In general it works. This is what I would use as a temporary replacement or if you are just starting out with a budget planted tank, but I won't be keeping it in my tank for too long.
