I bought two of these. I quickly installed one and in fact, as other reviewers have mentioned, it stopped after the first rain. I certainly didn't know it wasn't working until I wondered why it wasn't working the way it used to. I tested it and it definitely didn't work. I changed the batteries, did a resync, nothing. I wanted to place the second device in a different, optional location, but since I really need one in that specific location, I installed the second one in the same location. The same thing happened. The second seems to have had problems from the start. I had to resync the device before it worked. It worked for a few minutes then stopped. I re-synced and to be honest it was choppy, I could never believe it was working properly. If I stand in front of it and wave my hands, the indoor unit may or may not be triggered. Then, as soon as the next downpour sets in, it's no longer possible. New batteries, resync, nothing worked. Again, it might not be related to rain, it might just be out of order. It may not have rained, but it's odd that I had two errors around the same time it rained. Let's see how good the guarantee is. and the customer support is there. I will update the review when I hear from the company/seller.
