Review on BITIWEND by David Turner

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for BITIWEND, an internet retailer. Their customer service is terrible, despite the fact that they claim to have "the knowledge and expertise to help you get the job done right." I was in need of a particular tool as an expert builder. I contacted BITIWEND's support staff to get their opinion on which type would be best for me to buy. The customer service person I spoke with was obviously not very knowledgeable about the products they sell and was unable to answer any of my questions. The website's layout was confusing, and information about the goods was sparse. To make sure I was making the correct purchase, I had to spend extra time researching the tool on other websites. As a whole, BITIWEND was a disappointment and a source of frustration for me. Their professed expertise and understanding seem to be nothing more than marketing speak, so I would be wary of recommending this shop to my industry peers.
