noticed a problem with the massager in April, emailed the in June with photos customer service regarding the problems. As of 06/24/20 I have not heard from them. Today 6/24/20 I called their customer service number 4 times on 18444170149 but the line was busy I couldn't get through. At first I was happy with my purchase until early June when the tip of my massager came out, which was supposed to be part of the mechanics that hold its massage head. The massager will not work without a nozzle. But I found a way to glue it back, but it got really annoying every time I use it, the piece comes out either half or all. I've attached some photos to show how it looks in normal mode and with the metal part half out. And then I noticed that the part (handpiece) gets very hot after about 10 minutes of normal use. So it's very difficult to trust the brand again, unfortunately I'm stuck with my purchase.
