It's a good concept and when used it keeps your seat belt more where it should be and not around your neck. But between that and the shoulder cover I put on the seat belt the seat belt kind of twists and feels like a pain that I have to keep unwinding and loosening and re-fastening it to adjust and sometimes it takes too long, so i took it off for now but might try again later and might be more useful for longer trips. For this reason, the lower part of the waistband lies a little higher on the stomach.
