So these lights are 5000k spectrum (daylight). In my photos they look a bit more yellow than they really are. I've had several 3000k LEDs in these holes before and this color is typical of a regular incandescent bulb. Each lamp is delivered in a separate box. This allows wiring without having to add another light box. A strain relief is required to prevent the Romeo from being pulled on the box so it doesn't rub against the sharp edges of the hole in the box, but can be purchased at your local hardware store for a very small fee. Pigtail and pigtail on the headlight itself. Two pigtails are a kind of fast connection. A 3 1/2" diameter hole is required for the light to sit properly on the surface. Installation is fairly easy. The electrical box is small, easily mounts through the mounting hole and requires no mounting hardware. The lamp itself has 2 Springs. The loaded terminals are 180 degrees apart and hold the lamp securely. So far I've installed 8 out of the 12. Everything worked right out of the box. I need to add some wiring to install the other 4 and I'll put them in took a few weeks to finish. The light is bright and clear. I installed them in my garage and have enough light (on one side at least) to get the job done. I have to say I was a bit skeptical. But I am very very happy with these lamps.
