Wrong Sizing for my opinion

So the shirt is adorable and on it everything is spelled correctly but the sizing is WAY off. I’m 5’2” 115 lbs and normally mediums are a little loose on me sometimes enough to knot the bottom and this shirt barely went below my belly button. But.it’s SO wide I could probably fit in it twice. I’m keeping it to use as a cover up shirt at the beach/boat because I really like the shirt but I can’t wear it any where else.
