Doesn't charge 100%

So far so good, universal cases don't work with this tablet design and shape, and the case they offer when it's added to the cart, is thin and weak, which it isn't Not true. not ideal for children. Personally, I'm better off with fat asses. But don't know. Also, the screen protectors that were recommended for this device when I added it to the cart don't fit at all. I have 2 of them for 7 years and 3 years so. Finally, I did not see the battery charge to 100% in 4 days despite being charged overnight. He'll say 97% 98% but that's it. Not a big problem, but I hope it's not a sign of defective equipment.
