I am very happy with the product and very impressed with the customer service. This eyelash curler has a very pretty pink handle and is very gentle on my lashes. Doesn't pull and rolls well. While waiting to place my order, I received an email from Sharon, co-founder of Petunia Skincare, who introduced herself and told me to contact her if I needed anything about my order. As soon as my order arrived I noticed the refill pack was not included so I contacted Sharon straight away. Her reply was immediate and she sent me my pad. I emailed her on Saturday night and got a reply on Sunday morning. WOW! I didn't expect an answer until Monday. Now that's great customer service! I am very happy with the product and impressed with the great customer service!
