Review on π§ Enhanced Rear Window Regulator Slider Rebuild Kit for Nissan Sentra and Versa by Chase Hosea
Cheaper than replacing the governor assembly
Installation can be a bit tricky due to the corners and the need to grind down the stamped metal that acts as the end stop on the original slider. This wasn't really a problem with the recovery kit, but it did make installation difficult. The only other part that I took off a star for was tightening and loosening the part while manipulating it until I felt the slider on the adjustment lever ball would rotate. I just felt like it was too tight until I did it for about ten minutes. Overall I was grateful for this part that I had to replace the entire assembly.
