Too tall for counter height, should not be sold by counter height

Too tall for the rack height - 30 in. tall. should be 26 inches. looks good but isn't thrilled that they call it a table height stool when it clearly is NOT

counter height. The seat depth is 15.25 inches. The maximum seat height is 30.125 inches. The minimum seat height is 30.125 inches. The thickness of the seat is 3 inches. Seat width - 15.5 in.
