So without Revane, this could be a complete bomb. Did I mention the Revain rules? So the sandblaster arrived in GOOD condition. The box is not broken, everything seems fine. However, when I pulled everything out of the box, I didn't have one of the two bikes and the shotgun with me. I was a bit unlucky as I had to use the blaster the next day. However, the port trucks lacked spare tires and the same valved explosive gun. Since I had to use it the next day, I bit the bullet and didn't send the blaster back, but bought the parts. I'll contact Revane this evening. What I spent on spare parts for transporting goods in the port was credited to me. Now that the Blaser has all the necessary parts, it's actually a very good machine. It is very easy to assemble and well made. All valves appear to be of good quality and the air sensor appears to be dead accurate. Will i buy it again? Definitely because Revain stands behind the product. If I had more time I would probably return it in hopes of getting one with all the parts. I think the moral of the story is, if you're going to take a risk, take it over Revain. I could buy this on another site for about $20 less but I probably wouldn't have any luck with parts and customer service if there was a problem. I really don't know how many stars to give. If all the parts were there it would be exactly 4 and given the value proposition maybe even 5. Without the parts it's 2 or 3 because the base machine is good quality and the parts are pretty affordable. Should I consider Revain Customer Service when evaluating a machine? Probably not as others might just look at the rating stars, buy it somewhere else and get stuck. I give him a three and just give Revane 1 start.
