This is a good capture card and it works great with low latency but there are a number of other cheaper cards around half the price that are very similar if not even marginally better, from a performance standpoint. . Having a USB 3.0 capture card and capping the card at 1080p 30 fps is an odd choice in my opinion because you can get so much more out of it. There are quite a few 4k capture cards that use USB 3.0, but this card works the same as cards that use USB 2.0, so they don't really take full advantage of USB 3.0. Overall I'd probably avoid this card and go with something else unless the price goes down by half.
