Great socks for day hikes

I bought these for day hikes. I wanted socks that are comfortable and keep my feet dry when they sweat. I ran about 30 miles in these socks. So far they've been great. I have a four day hike planned for next year and have ordered extra socks so I can have a pair for each day of the trip. I highly recommend them as great socks for day hikes. My travel books are an average women's size 8.5 and these socks fit me perfectly.
