We had a project with PCI where they were handling our network security (firewall) for us. They took care of all aspects from design to deployment of firewalls and other devices throughout our organization. There was nothing really terrible about working with them during this time; however everything worked as expected. If you need someone who will take responsibility for their own work and not blame others for problems that aren't theirs, then go ahead and give these guys a try! The customer service is also very good at PCIs. They are always willing help in any way possible so don't hesitate to ask if needed. Network Security.
