We had a project with PCI where they were handling our network security (firewall) for us. They took care of all aspects from design to deployment of firewalls and other devices throughout our organization. There was nothing really terrible about working with them during this time; however everything worked as expected. I like that they are always available to help with any computer issues or questions we have! They also offer great service for our business needs such as email hosting etc., which is very important when having multiple employees working from home in different time zones/countries around-the world at times!!
