A Different Way to Journal

This is my second season using the "6 Minute Diary" and I am happy they had a different version with updated quotes, a different week summary, etc. I have always journaled on and off, for years, but the problem was I couldn't stay committed. I wrote in the first version of this diary twice a day, every day for 6 weeks and I know I will stay committed to using PURE as well. I am hoping a third version comes out (hint hint). I recommend this diary to my coaching clients who want to practice mindful gratitude.
