I own two Tex-Mex restaurants and have been using them for about 6 years. I had a hard time deciding whether to give them 4 or 5 stars because they are great value for money, but if you use them all day commercially, buy the extended warranty. They'll never last 5 years, so you get at least 2 for the price. I used to pay $89 and it's gone up to $133, while the warranty used to be under $10 and is now $30 - suggesting the manufacturer can improve a bit. This burns the rice at the bottom, so we just try not to serve it, but if you cook 50 liters of rice all day and hold it at temperature, that happens. The big plus is that they usually work just fine and you have great value, so we will continue to buy them.
