The mounting kit is well thought out, comes with self-adhesive rubber strips to protect the case from damage and includes attachment points for the included Velcro straps to attach the power supply to the mount to wish. It's a custom fit for the Optiplex Micro form factor, which I like better than the regular options, and there's a small tab on the back that inserts the screws into a threaded hole on the workstation. It's basically that if you press the power button on the PC, it's safe. I would use a safety leash if there is a concern that things will grow legs and walk away.
